Our Booking Policy:
No of passengers:
- Max.
no. of passengers is 8. Larger groups can be arranged using
multiple boats
- Min. no. of passengers is 1. Gone Fishing requires a min of 3
passengers to make
a trip and in the event that no other individual bookings can be taken
for
particular date, a min charge of 3 people applies or individuals can
nominate
an alternative date
Deposit:
- A deposit of $100 is required upon booking and can be paid by:
1) money order
2) cheque
3) direct bank transfer (contact our office for a/c details)
4) credit card Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard (attracts a
2 % fee)
5) paypal
- Upon receipt of deposit a Booking Confirmation will be sent to
you
Weather
Policy:
- Off shore trips are pending on weather conditions. To travel
in Bass Strait we
required settled conditions that adhere to Marine Board requirements. If
inclement weather conditions prevail, it is up to the Skippers
discretion whether
the trip will proceed. You may nominate a full refund of deposit or
transfer your
deposit to an alternative date if your trip has been cancelled due to
weather.
Cancellation Policy:
- If you have booked a full boat and there are cancellations
within your party, we
require a minimum of 7 days notice to fill the vacancy or your party will
be liable
to pay the difference.
- Gone Fishing requires 7 days notice if you wish to cancel you
booking. In the
event that 7 days notice is not given you will forfeit your deposit.
- Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash
